Beginning of January 1st, 2026 all shipments regardless of destination will require the ACD (Advanced Cargo Declaration) also known as ECTN (electronic cargo tracking note). To ensure the proper cargo clearance at destination. ASA GmbH issues from any destination, by order and for account of FRABEMAR Srl, ACDs for all cargo with destination Sudan.
The last available date for the final validation is 5 calendar days before arrival of the vessel. (Shipments not regularized in time will be subject to penalty at destination.)

If you need an ACD please send us an e-mail together with the application form, a BL-copy, a copy of the commercial invoice, a copy of the freight invoice, a copy of the certificate of origin and a copy of the packing list. Please send each document in a separate individual PDF.
We fill out the ACD-form and send you by e-mail a draft copy together with the invoice which charges the arising costs. As soon as we receive your validation confirmation as well as your payment, you will be forwarded the validated ACD as pdf-file. Please note that changements in ACDs already confirmed will be charged by us. The payment of the invoices must be done per bank transfer exclusively.
