Since foundation we have the honor to represent the “CNUT – Conseil Nigérien des Utilisateurs des Transports Publics“ in Germany. We are authorized to issue for shipments with final destination Niger a “BSC - Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaison“ which is needed to allow the oncarriage to Niger. The “BSC” has to be issued and is required for the proper cargo clearance at destination. In case any kind of cargo is not accompanied by a BSC, considerable penalties will occur locally.
