According to the bylaws of the „CGC, Conseil Guinéen des Chargeurs“ all shipments with final destination Guinea have to be accompanied by a „E.C.T.N. – Electronic Cargo Tracking Note“, in order to ensure the proper cargo clearance at destination. ASA GmbH issues by order and for account of the worldwide General Agent of the CNC-GB, the Frabemar SRL, E.C.T.N.s for all cargo with final destination Guinea.
Please be informed, that considerable penalties will occur at POD in case any cargo with final destination Guinea is not accompanied by a E.C.T.N.

If you are in need of an E.C.T.N. please send us an e-mail requesting the correspondent application form. After having received your properly filled-in application form together with a BL-copy and a copy of the commercial invoice, we fill out the E.C.T.N.-form and send you by e-mail a draft copy together with the invoice which charges the arising costs. As soon as we receive your confirmation as well as your payment, you will be forwarded the validated E.C.T.N. as pdf-file. Please note that changements in E.C.T.N.s already confirmed will be charged by us. The payment of the invoices has to be done per bank transfer exclusively.
The charges for the issuance and validation are € 100,- per E.C.T.N.
