For more than fifteen years we have the honor to represent the ARCCLA (formerly CNCA). We are authorized to issue for shipments from Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, England, Ireland, Scotland and the Ukraine with final destination Angola an “LC – Loading Certificate “ which is needed to allow the oncarriage to Angola. The “LC” has to be issued and is required for the proper cargo clearance at destination.
Within our activities for the ARCCLA, Angola, we closely work together with the british company Export Documentation Services Ltd, who acts as our Sub-Agent. The jurisdiction zone of Export Documentation Services for the issuance of loading certificates covers England, Scotland and Ireland.
Please note that in case any kind of cargo is not accompanied by an LC, considerable penalties will occur locally.

If you are in need of an LC you will firstly need the application form, which you can request at our offices via e-mail. After having received your application form together with a BL-copy and a copy of the commercial invoice, we fill out the LC-form and send you by e-mail a draft copy together with the invoice which charges the arising costs. Please note that the data given by you to us should be correct, as changements in the LC will be charged by us. As soon as we receive your confirmation for the draft and a confirmation of your payment, you will be forwarded the validated LCs / the LC-N°. In case of postal delivery of the documents the invoice has to be paid per bank transfer, in case of picking-up the documents by yourself payment per cheque or cash is possible.
