Application of a BESC

If you are in need of a BESC please send us an e-mail requesting the correspondent application form. After having received your properly filled-in application form together with a BL-copy, a copy of the commercial invoice and a copy of the freight invoice, we fill out the BESC-form and send you by e-mail a draft copy together with the invoice which charges the arising costs. As soon as we receive your confirmation as well as your payment, you will be forwarded the validated BESC as pdf-file. Please note that changements in BESCs already confirmed will be charged by us. The payment of the invoices has to be done per bank transfer exclusively.

IMPORTANT INFO:
The last available date for the final validation is 10 calendar days after departure of the vessel.
(Shipments not regularized in time will be subject to penalty at destination.)
