Application of a BIETC

The first step to obtain a BIETC is to register at the CGC Gabon homepage www.bietc.cgcworld.com to receive a user-ID and a corresponding password. Once received you have to login into the BIETC-system and fill in the BIETC-form. To do this you will need a copy of the draft B/L, a copy of the commercial invoice, a coy of the freight invoice (if freight value is not mentioned on the commercial invoice) and a copy of the customs clearance. The draft-BIETC has to be approved by us in the next step, so please inform us via e-mail that you have placed a request in the system. Once approved, we will send you the corresponding invoice. As soon as you have paid our invoice (only by bank transfer) and have sent us by e-mail a copy of the OB/L, we will validate the BIETC in the system. Now your BIETC is released and you can dispose of it.
