General information

According to the bylaws of the „CGC – Conseil Gabonais des Chargeurs“ all shipments with final destination Gabon have to be accompanied by a „BIETC – Bordereau d’Identification Électronique de Tracabilité des Cargaisons“, in order to ensure the proper cargo clearance at destination. Our office issues by order and for account of the FRABEMAR SRL, BIETCs for all cargo from Germany, Austria, Russia, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway with final destination Gabon. The application of the BIETC with all necessary documents must take place before vessels departure. The issuance incl. validation of the BIETC has to occur within ten calendar days as from SHIPPED ON BOARD date. A subsequent validation is impossible.

Please be informed, that as per Circular letter of the CGC dated 23rd January 2009 considerable penalties will occur in case any cargo is not accompanied by a BIETC.
