General information

According to the bylaws of the „OGEFREM – Office de Gestion du Fret Multimodal“ all shipments with final destination Democratic Republic of Congo have to be accompanied by a „F.E.R.I. – Fiche Électronique des Renseignements à l‘Importation“, in order to ensure the proper cargo clearance at destination. ASA GmbH issues by order and for account of the worldwide General Agent of the OGEFREM Kinshasa, the FRABEMAR SRL., F.E.R.I.s for all cargo from Germany, Austria, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Scandinavia, Russia, Belarus and the Benelux Countries with final destination DRC.

Please be informed, that considerable penalties will occur at POD in case any cargo with final destination DRC is not accompanied by a F.E.R.I.
